Drove to Mt. Pleasant and met up with Satchel Kaplan Allen and Alyssa Cogen at the market at 8:30am. We took a steady, gentle run down to Beach Drive and north to a bit past Broad Branch. Then turned back and finished up at the market where I did some shopping. Very nice to catch up with these two alumni and former GDS coaches. Good to have a controlled run after my exhausting hilly run yesterday.
