Ran 10 minutes in the neighborhood. Did a lot of dynamic stretching to start and then finished with some strength work and a weight workout. I've been really enjoying doing a weight workout once a week and this little runner's strength workout twice a week from runners world, but I won't have weights in NY and there is no way in hell you will catch me in a gym (my roommate got covid in a gym last semester and then I wanted to kill my other roommate when he told me he had kept going to the same gym afterwards, but thats besides the point, but don't go to gyms and respect your roommates wishes if they dont want you to go to gyms.) I don't know what I'll do, but I want to find a nice substitute.
