Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I had nothing planned for today except this run. Perks of being a college student on break with no expectations for productivity. And yet... I did not get myself out the door till 4. Oh well. Had fun going in with no plan just knew I would run around till it was about time to head back. Its week three of my running and my agility and endurance just feel all over the place. Sometimes it feels high and sometimes I am lead and I have to do a heavy shuffle. I don't want to map this run even though I could...I want freedom from the pace/and mileage today. I just wanted to run 15-20 minutes and I did...okay I totally just mapped it...whatever :P
