Weather: 5:40 PM 42-45 Cool and Windy!!!!

Comments:
2 Mile Warm up at Kickapoo. Then strides and drills and then 6x600 w/2:00-2:30 walking rest. Then 2 miles down.
This went pretty good for the most part. Was dark and cold and WINDY!!!!! But got through it. Def not easy, but I worked hard and pushed.
Lower stomach pain pretty bad on cool down so will take a day off tomorrow most likely.
