Stick to the valley

Comments:
Drove Anna to lot 6 just north of Military Rd on Beach Dr. Ran up Valley trail with a swerve up the exhausting, uphill Holly Loop. Stayed on trails past Boundary bridge and turned back south along Beach just before Candy Cane at the 29 min mark. Southbound, I was feeling pretty heavy legged and stiff. Just held the pace as best I could and did convince myself to swerve up the Valley trail just before reaching the car and taking that odd little stretch up the hill and back down before reaching Military. I'm not sure why I felt so worn down as I hadn't run in nearly 36 hours, but I guess the third week of decent mileage was catching up with me. Took a nice long stretch as I waited for Anna to return. Even did a set of 25 push ups.
