Exercise Type: Bike

Comments:
I used the funky bike in the weight room for 15 minutes then got bored and used the arc trainer for 15 minutes then switched back to the bike for the last 15 minutes. I did strength with the sprinters and went upstairs to stretch. It was very nice to be back to a somewhat normal practice. We even went back to our normal chatting afterwards.
