Uwarrie Training Run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Up and down the hills of Rock Creek Park between Bingam and the Police Station. 10min warm-up, then ladder: 3min, 4min, 5min, 4min, 3min with equal recovery between each. Not sure of pace, probably close to 2-mile pace. Definitely hard. Each pickup include at least one big hill that took up a quarter to over half the time. Long relaxing cool down for 40min afterwards.
