Comments:
Ran with STC from church up to Chesterfield Park. 1.5 miles up. Stretch and a couple of strides. Then 8x400 w/@1:30 or so rest on the park loop. Long cool down for 8 on the day. Felt pretty good and ran controlled until the last few. Then felt it!
