Comments:
Headlamp is toast I don't know what's wrong with it.
Luckily I was able to head out the door right at 5 and finished the run just as it was getting too dark.
Felt sluggish the first few miles but then felt pretty good the rest of the way.
4xstriders felt fine. Its tough to go straight into them after 8 miles and feel fast. But we're not doing speed training here so it is what it is.
