Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with no plan. Its my first winter in my neighborhood so I had yet to learn which interesctions the snow banks were so tall at that you had to step through wells of freezing water to get across. So I couldn't plan the run. Which is good for me I think. I went out just to run: no agenda. I ran until I could ask someone the time and when I found out 15 minutes had past I ran back home. I ran along the East River Park, taking houston to get there and delancy back. Started with 7 minutes of dynamic stretching and finished with strength
