Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
I started off with 25 minutes on the arc trainer and then did a workout on the bike. I did 30 second pickups with 60 second rests for 12 minutes. Then biked for a cool down. The sprinters were in and around the weight room so it was very nice to have some more company. We did strength and stretches after.
