Comments:
Easy day to wrap up the first week of workouts.
Definitely still feeling little stiff/sluggish but much better than yesterday.
4x100m striders felt pretty clunky but probably needed to flex those muscles anyway so I'm glad I did them even if they were probably slower than average.
