Hello Body!

Comments:
There was no run today. I will never run on Sunday, but I think it is still important to take notes on the body.
From the bottom up:
Feet and lower legs are itchy. No effect on running.
The muscles in the legs in all honesty, really ache. I had to run out to the car (my family was waiting) and the legs really wouldn't open up- no spring at all. Despite this, I think a solid warm up with drills could have openend up the legs today. This is true for the calves and the thighs. The calfs, as noted yesterday are especially tight but that has to be due to the fact that I haven't run on the recently and not due to injury. I am not worried about a full recovery for tommorow.
The stomach felt fine.
Shoulders and arms weren't sore at all (suprised me a bit).
I have had a lurking head ache every since about mile 17 yesterday. It goes away if I don't think about it. But I think I am simply underhydrated. I will work on the problem, wouldn't want something stupid to stop me from wroking hard.
Anyway bosy probably won't be fresh tommorow, but it will be ready for some double digits worth of miles.
