Exercise Type: Run

Someday I'll get to do a reasonable warmup and a non-sliptastic workout. Soon.
Got irrationally angry on the warmup. Coventry was the wrong choice but I just don't know any other reasonable road loops that are clear right now. And I needed to take the shortest way there. But probably about half of the way there the sidewalks were covered with like 6-12 inches of mushed snow. Feet got cold and wet and I was working kind of hard but still going slow and slipping all over the place.
Anyway the workout itself was actually pretty good. The first half of the loop was mostly clear and quick. The second half of the loop was snow covered and I was slipping a bunch. So might have been working a little harder. Even so I was still able to keep pace really well. Didn't feel too fatigued at the end.
4x30 strides at the start felt good but again slipping so eh
Cooldown sucked. I ended up hiking about a mile of it because I was just fed up slipping everywhere and working harder than I should be on a cooldown.
Some day... Cannot wait to do a workout in shorts.
