Med long. Got it out of the way early before a coffee date ayoooo
Honestly super great morning to get up and run. It was cold as hell but the sun was out and the air was nice and crisp.
Felt pretty good but my hips/butt/tendons or something were feeling pretty tight. Maybe the cold or slipping all over the bumpy snowy (unpaved) sidewalks all over cleveland/shaker heights.
Good start to the week. Going to take a day off so my easy runs are more like real runs.
