Comments:
I took my time from Strava rather than my watch because I bumped into William Barfoot and chatted to him for a couple of minutes. But the Strava time gives me a new 6km PB for this year by 5 seconds, so I am pretty happy. Felt relatively strong most of the way - just the last 300m or so were quite tiring. The improvements continue to be slow but steady.
