Weather: 48-50 sunny and VERY WINDY!
Comments:
Ran solo from trail head. 5 out and 5 back. Was planning to do a progression run, but when I tuned around the wind was bad! tough the last 2 miles just keeping it under 7 pace. Body did feel good in the back, stomach, and hips. Sub 7:00 last 5.
