Comments:
First run where I've really felt like morning runs could be sustainable. Legs still a little more fatigued than normal for sure but still pretty reasonable. I'm still getting used to going to bed early. So once that's all evened out I'm hopeful this could work. We'll see how Thursday goes though. (I just got a meeting invite for 7am Thursday so I might have to push it to the afternoon anyway)

Doing 8 miles before 8 am is pretty cool. Great start to the day
