Felt pretty good. Morning runs might work.
Pretty tired when the alarm went off and basically just sat around drinking coffee for 45 minutes. Hopefully that time decreases over time.
2ish miles in started to feel pretty good and relaxed. instead of strides I did a single .25 ish mile stride up the hill in front of my apartment because there's a strava segment I want to nail. Ended up remembering the wrong intersection so I didn't run all the way through. I'll get it next time.
