Comments:
Rode from Matt's house after work. Rode North and over to neighborhood and back around by Movie Theatre. Then all the way down and across 60 to the trail. Out to veterans trail and then a lap around cemetery and back home VIA trail and Galloway Grill. Felt pretty good in the legs but biking really hurts my stomach tear issue. Sucks! Great to be out on bike though!
