Comments:
Super encouraging workout. Conservative to start but couldn't resist picking it up a bit on the way back. Not sure I've ever been this fit.
Garmin HR is messed up. Huge jumps everywhere so not sure I trust it. Took my own heart rate at the end and got 168.
Goal race pace is 6:30-6:45
botched the lapping around mile 3, there were two markers and I think the second one is correct but I lapped at the first. Think I mostly corrected it here
