Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did a pickup workout a few blocks from GDS with the team. We did warmups and striders then split into groups. I was with Annie, Shiv, Cole, and Thomas. We did 3 two minute pickups and 3 one minutes. We also had 2ish minutes of rest between the pickups. The first few felt a little slow which isn't too surprising because that was my first workout back. It was very fun overall though. I mostly ran with annie for the pickups with the boys a little in front. We stuck with them for the most part during the one minute pickups though.
