Comments:
6 miles to get a little fatigue in the legs then 8x 3 min on/off a little faster than tempo.
Honestly worked out pretty well considering it was my first workout after such a long warm up. Felt like it was high quality work and I'm pleased with the speed I could maintain. Practiced eating a GU after the 4th rep and didn't have any stomach complaints or anything.
Legs certainly were fatigued near the end but it wasn't much of an issue.
