Hill Workout

Comments:
I met up with Benji and Ewing for a little hill workout. He had passed Olivia on the way so she came to say hi. We did a few warmups and started the hills. We did four hills. On the first one we started at the same time but for the next three benji started a few seconds after me so he would pass towards the top of the hill. It was a good time, although very hard. The hill was about .21 miles.
