50/50 long run

Comments:
Best long run workout yet. Pretty sick. 8 miles easy 8 miles race pace short lil cooldown.
Tried to keep it relaxed for the first section and was mostly successful. The real objective was to not get out of control on the race pace section and also not to die out. Started out around 6:30 and ended around 6:20 which was perfect. Pacing needs some work. I think when I was starting to fatigue a bit I'd get in the mindset of a harder workout and expect to be working harder so I'd pick it up a little too much. So even though mile splits were pretty consistent at portions I'd accidentally be going closer to 6:00
Something to work on for sure but otherwise fantastic workout. Big confidence builder after a tough one Thursday
