Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Hot and Humid

Comments:
Today was a progression run, we started off 7:15 mile pace and ended around 5:45 atleast we tried to...I ended around 6 flat because it was my first one and I didnt want to take it too hard. Tomorrows going to be a 60 minute run with 6-8 striders, the next day will be another 60 minute run with hills or possibly a 45 minute run with 6 X 200m hills then a 90 minute long run. I am however really tired today so I'm gonna go load up on some pasta now. Hope everyones summer training is going well as we head off into august. Later.
