Leg Loosener

Exercise Type: Bike

Got on the stationary bike tonight, remembering how well that loosens out the legs. It was nice because there was a Bowl Game on, as TCU battled Boise State in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl. Boise won 17-10 but it wasn't a great game and TCU definitely should have won.
Back to the workout though:
Cycling the legs like that definitely had the intended effect. It was pretty hard to focus for the last quarter, but as long as I focused on the game it was great. My legs are now much looser and I think in my run tomorrow with Dillon, I will be loose and springy- looking forward to going out with him.
Anyway for now, I have a general note in that stationary cycling is good for opening back up the legs- will have to keep that in mind.
