March 28, 2021 (Afternoon)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: mild, 60ish, overcast, wet ground
Comments:
Headed out at 4pm which was a nice lull between showers and a downpour. We headed Dorsett into Kenwood which is a few days away from peek bloom, and swept down Westbard before doubling back on the Crescent and finishing over Dorsett, Oliver, Conn, Livingston. (2:02 up from Conn to 3944.) Pace was never deliberately fast, but I was working fairly hard throughout to carry on conversation and each uphill felt like a challenge. 7:30 pace on Crescent. Felt like a quality run, effort wise. He got me reminiscing about Bill Solers, Skip Grant, and my early years of coaching.
