did it by myself on the track, bc of my work schedule. wanted to just start of easier bc in the past i would start too hard and not make it past 6 lol but i like how i did it and i got down under 5:40 easily. felt good through 8 and 9 was tough, and i was going to do 10 and then i hit my watch, and stopped and then i just decided to hold off. happy about it though. I did a total of 9 miles in 50:38 with splits of:
5:54,47,40,40,38,35,30,24,24
