Rock creek, starting and ending in Silver Spring

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 40s, blustery, and a few raindrops and snowflakes

Comments:
Drove to run with Myles just a few days before he moves out of his apt in Silver Spring. He led us down into Rock Creek and up Wise to the Western Ridge, South to police stables and the trail down to Valley, Valley trail up to Holly to 16th and back to Myles'. Picked up some delicious Ethiopian to go for the family after. His phone reported only 5.7, but muddy trails do that. Legs were fairly tired, but I was pleased with the steady effort and enjoyed the run and chat.
