so...
i got a blister which ruined my run
but i was hit 4 miles in 27:16ish so i was under 8 min pace
but my whole run ended up being longer than 1 hour bc i had to slow down and even stop at some points...
good news is i was in california and on this beautiful loop with a resvoir.
bad news is the run sucked bc of the blister...
