i finally decidied to step it up again and run with the faster guys. i did a warmup and then we started the 2 sets of 5-200s with decreasing rest between, starting with 35 and ending with 20. my left leg, especially around my shin, hurt but imsure itll be ok. then i did a cooldown. i got a pin for ttea and i, but i lost it. im hoping i can find it or that we can somehow get new ones.
