Weather: HLN was on in the gym, so the weather sucked!

Comments:
Started real slow (8:20 mile pace) and gradually sped up continuously, finishing at 6:31 mile pace. From .5 miles to 4.5 miles, ran at inclines ranging from .5 to 2.5.
