Treadmill Run and Swim at New Gym

Comments:
Mimi and I went after shift to the new fitness center that Mo discovered the other day. I ran 4 miles on the treadmill, gradually increasing the pace from 8:40-7:00 flat for the last half a mile. Hard but I feel good that I can run that without feeling too bad. Definitely need new running shoes. After we did several sets of squats and pushups. Then we went to the pool. It was freezing but also really refreshing after the workout.
