Exercise Type: Weights

100 Pushups today
They were much, much harder than yesterday.
Yesterday I did them in sets of 40, 40, 40, 30.
Today I was stuck in sets of 20, so it took more time. But the pain means I am growing. My body will be ready for some serious speed (you ready mind?)
Anyway on two general notes:
1- I plan on listing Daily Pushups under the same format every day ("Daily Pushups-" #)and to list them as "Weights"
2- It is funny how warm ups and strides will quickly influence the distance of your run.
I had originally added the 200 meter recoveries between the strides to my log, but seeing that that added a quarter mile to my daily mileage decided not to sacrifice the validity.
