Comments:
Our first 6:15am spring track practice at STA. I ran too in a mixed group with Ruby, Ella, Mark Orr, Arthur DV, Camilla, at least one more. Downward ladder of 600, 500, 400, 300, 200. Recording this two weeks later, I forget some of the times, but I felt surprisingly good and was able to finish strong with the group on all but the 200.
Forgotten times for the 600 and 500, but I'm stealing Ruby's times from her log.

around 76? for 400
around 53? for 300
35 for 200
Barely a cooldown and not much warm up. Recoveries were often similar to pick-up lengths.
