Comments:
Ran for 20 minutes with Ella then joined the sprinters in the weight room. We did sled, squats, dead lift, bench press, pull ups, hip flexor things, arm swings, and core stuff as a group. It has been a while since I’ve done any lifting so I expect to be pretty sore.
