Comments:
Went to Ellington for a track workout. We jogged from the bus and did warmups and striders then started the workout. We did 200, 200, 400, 400, 200, 200 with a 1600 at the end. It was pretty good except I had a little cramp during one of the 400s but it went away. The mile was actually kind of nice. I didn’t realize we were really supposed to be pushing it that much so I kind of stayed mellow throughout.
