Comments:
Ran at 8:10 pace to Tenley, then slow with Sam, Molly, Alex, Mark, Matt, Andy S, and Jesse around AU Park with a quick loop between River, Western and Mass. Dropped Sam at Ft. Reno. Dropped Jesse at his home and then picked up to a solid clip home. Wished for a brisker pace for most of the run.
