Comments:
Ran up to Tenley to meet Crawlers, slowed form 8pace to finish the last few blocks with Sam and Molly. Large group went to Glover's 3rd intersection and back. Then faster with Mark to Ward and back to Reno on Nebraska. Home at 7:30 pace along Reno, although I did drop to sub seven for last 400 and realized Mark and I had been around 7 for about 2 miles. It had felt like work with him... but good to work.
