Run Club gang! Me, Russ, and Lydia. Took this very slow and my HR was still high asf fuck me. I need to get back into shape but my body thinks I'm overtraining? idk...2.3 to bunker hill, little break, then 1 or 2 more walking breaks on the way back for russ. Didn't feel hard at all, ankle was fine. Ankle is usually sore after need to keep an eye out. GPS was def wonky
