Weather: very humid, 80 ish, wet after some rain
Comments:
Abe ran over and at 4:30 we headed off along Dorsett and took Crescent to Little Falls and doubled back along Little Falls and the trail into Geico. I felt sluggish from the start and we never dipped below 8:15, I don't think. I was dragging by the end, but hung with it. An ugly run, but nice to catch up and Abe was patient with my pace. I really need new shoes and have been mixing various old pairs. No matte what I wear, my feet are sore.
