Comments:
With Owen Liam Mackenzie Dan and Matt. Liam took control of the pace and kept it pretty quick. I stayed on for about 10-12 minutes and then I fell back a bit. Matt and I split off to do 20 minutes and I was dying the entire rest of the 5 minutes. Asked Owen about what to do for abs because I think that will end up making a huge difference.
