CSIR Route

Comments:
Better time than yesterday, even though I could feel the legs were a little tired and at 5km and 6km, I was behind yesterday's time. However, it is an easier finish to this route and was steady over the last 4km or so. Certainly feel more tired at the end than yesterday, but pleased with back-to-back 10km runs this weekend both well under 1:20.
