Comments:
First real race today. First off Z ran nasty in the SMR split a 1:55 absolutely insane. Then we came back in the 4x8 and ran a 8:07.97. not too bad considering Z didn't have a ton of rest and it was Colin's first race. I split a 2:00 so I guess I'm pretty happy. However after the race my ankles and knees were hurting a lot and I ended up running the 16 in trainers and ran absolutely terrible because my knees and ankles were hurting so bad.
