Comments:
Went home sick today after the first 2 blocks. Slept for about 6 hours and although I don't feel 100% better I do feel much better. It was also probably good to give my ankles another day of rest. I'll have to run tomorrow to see how it feels and then hopefully I'll be able to race on Saturday, both the mile and 4x8.
