me and Deb's went to DC to workout..
35 minutes on the elliptical with some intervals during the workout.
25 minutes on the rollers. alternating 5 minutes at fair pace running and 5 minutes anaroebic running.. under 7:00 pace during anaroebic phase
lifted a little also.. good workout
