Freezing cold! Going all out on 20/40s are NOT the best thing to do when you are just starting to run again after a few weeks completely off! Ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch! I can never again say that I don't mind speed work, not that I ever did! Jk! Oh, HAPPY BIRTHDAY EMILY! (now i am the only person on the team that's not a teenager..=(
