Weather: low 90s and very humid
Comments:
Ate a big lunch at Cactus. Did a bit of strength work in the weight room while supervising Nathaniel Mintzer. Drove to practice at Peirce Mill. Led a small group down to the southern end of the Valley trail and took it up to Bolder Bridge, returning to the mill on Beach with a tempo effort for the last 400m. Some planks and plank leg lifts and clams with the team after.
