Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Really wasn't in the mood for a run this morning, but went out anyway. Found the first half a bit of a schlep but brightened up in the second half and did what I wanted - a time a little better than last week. That makes every run this week an improvement on last week, so very satisfied that the week's goal was achieved in the end.
